Vendor Payments
Active communities have costs that require constant attention such as snow removal, landscaping, and special projects. Through our accounting services, CCG clients enjoy the flexibility of a customized invoice approval process, if wanted. Board members have access to a portal enabling them to easily approve invoices for payment online. We offer multiple payment options for vendors including physical check, e-check, online payments.
Billing Services
Billing services can be customized for your community needs. Our accounting services include monthly or annual billing and customized billing for non-potable water services and other utility billing. We will help your board manage the collection process as defined in your collection policy.
Payment Portal
Our services include access to an online portal where owners can pay dues, access financial information and set up automated payments. Multiple payment options are provided including eCheck (free) and debit and credit card. Personal checks are also an option for owners without internet access.
Financial and Tax Reporting
Financial reporting and review services include monthly bank reconciliations, and budget to actual analysis. All financial reporting is accrual based in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) so your board can readily analyze expenses, receivables, and payables.
The CCG accounting team can provide tax reporting including 1099 and 1020-H forms in most case. CCG works to save our clients costs by including preparation and filing of tax forms in our flat-fee rate.
